Updated and Effective: October 20, 2026
These terms explain the rules for using Florlet and purchasing Pro. Florlet obtained through the App Store is subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). You can read the full agreement using the link at the bottom of this page. The feature and purchase information below does not limit your rights under applicable law.
1. Features and Scope of Use
Florlet is for editing photo watermarks, saving copies, and sharing. The free version provides single-photo processing and built-in watermark styles. Pro unlocks custom logos, signatures, story text, manually entered locations for the current photo, and batch saving for up to 30 photos at once. Feature availability also depends on your device, operating system, original photo features, and granted permissions.
2. Annual Subscription
The annual plan is a one-year auto-renewing subscription. Prices and currencies are those loaded from the App Store on the Pro page and shown on Apple’s purchase confirmation screen. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after you confirm the purchase.
Unless auto-renewal is canceled at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends, the subscription renews and is charged under Apple’s rules. You can view and cancel it in Settings → Florlet Pro → Manage Subscription, or in your Apple Account subscription settings. After cancellation, access for the paid period generally remains until expiration. If a refund is issued or Apple revokes a transaction, the status confirmed by Apple applies.
3. Lifetime Plan
The lifetime plan is a one-time, non-consumable purchase of Pro access. It does not renew annually and unlocks the same Pro features as the annual plan. Purchasing the lifetime plan does not cancel an existing annual subscription for you. If you no longer want it to renew, cancel the annual plan in Apple’s subscription management settings.
4. Restoration, Expiration, and Refunds
After reinstalling the app or switching to a compatible device, you can select “Restore Purchases” using the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Restoring does not charge you again. Access is based on valid transactions verified by Apple. The share extension uses verified access, while purchases must be completed in the main Florlet app.
When an annual subscription expires, a refund is issued, or a transaction is revoked, the relevant Pro features will no longer be unlocked. Your saved logos and signatures will not be proactively deleted and can still be removed by you. Original and finished photos in your photo library will not be deleted. Apple handles billing and refund requests. You can submit a request through the Apple refund link on this page; approval depends on Apple’s decision.
5. Photo and Content Rights
You retain the rights to your photos and custom content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use, edit, and share the relevant photos, logos, signatures, and text. Camera brand names and logos are used only to display the photo information you select. They do not imply endorsement of or partnership with Florlet by those brands.
Watermarks are visible image edits. They do not certify the authenticity of a capture, register copyright, or constitute a legally recognized electronic signature. Before sharing, make sure the content, photo information, and privacy settings match your intentions, and comply with applicable laws and the lawful rights of others.
6. Privacy and Support
See the Privacy Policy for how photos and other data are handled. For help with using the app, Pro access, or privacy, use the contact and feedback options. Your rights under Apple’s Standard EULA and applicable consumer protection laws remain in effect.
